Olivia King is an independent Creative Director and Type Designer with over 14 years of experience creating brands, custom typefaces, and visual identities for clients across culture, technology, and the arts.

Her work sits at the intersection of brand and typography. Rather than treating type as a component of a brand system, Olivia sees typography as one of its most powerful expressions - a distinct voice that shapes how a brand is recognised, remembered, and experienced. By designing brand identities and typefaces together, she creates systems that are both highly functional and deeply individual.

Driven by curiosity, craft, and collaboration, Olivia works with organisations that aim to create positive social change. Her work is guided by the belief that great design should be both distinctive and inclusive. Whether designing a typeface, identity, or visual system, she aims to create work that is accessible, expressive, and built to be used by as many people as possible.
